Summary
It is possible to make a reasonable estimate of a horse’s age from its teeth up until 5–6 years
VetBooks.ir of age. Between 7 and 10 years it may be possible to estimate the age to within a year or two.
Beyond 10 years of age, looking at the teeth is not a reliable way to tell the horse’s age.
