Owner: Shippensburg Borough
MUNICIPAL
Shippensburg Borough selected Horst Excavating as the Prime Contractor for the
Rowe Road Realignment Project in Shippensburg, PA. This project was an example
of great cooperation between surrounding townships, Shippensburg Borough, and
stakeholders. The project was a unique partnership that used public and private
money to improve the safety and open future development opportunties in this area
with the re-routing of Rowe Road.
