Project Narrative
Horst Construction has had a relationship with West, Inc. for over a dozen years as their preferred construction partner
for east coast projects. Working on both large projects and small, renovations and new builds, Horst has helped West
to meet their evolving needs as a Pharmaceutical giant in their industry. Many of the projects Horst has completed
for West include clean room installation, work within fully operational facilities, and the necessity for strict controls
that manage things like temparature, dust, noise level, and the installation of highly specialized equipment. Horst
Construction’s work on several West, Inc. projects have earned awards from American Builders and Contractors
Excellence in Construction and ISPE Facility of the Year Awards.
