Project Narrative Project Information

With a warehouse and showroom located in two separate • 5,723 SF warehouse
buildings, Maidencreek TV & Appliance needed a more efficient renovations
setup to service their customers. They turned to Horst Construction • 6,253 SF showroom and

Located on a tight site along a busy state highway, Horst has to
ensure construction doesn’t interfere with the business’s daily
operations. From navigating inventory deliveries to keeping the
site safe for customers and employees, Horst works diligently so
Maidencreek TV & Appliance can continue providing excellent
service throughout the project.

Once completed, the new space will serve as an attractive and
efficient retail facility, helping to delight current customers and
draw in new ones.
