Project Narrative Project Information

New Covenant Christian School selected Horst Construction to assist them with
their master plan in 2014. Over the years, the plan required changes in scope • 11,000 sf - New Construction
and adjustments in overall concept to match the school’s financial resources • Gymnasium
• Lobby
and pressing needs. Ultimately, the gymnasium addition/construction focused • Restrooms
on their highest priority and was built in 2019. The occupied school campus • Master Planning
necessitated a strong emphasis on safety, proper planning, and appropriate • Design Build
scheduling with consideration to ongoing activity.
