Gamesa Energy, USA selected Horst Excavating to partner on the massive
site work package for the Chestnut Wind Farm project in Altoona, PA.
The work for this project required an accelerated 5-month schedule
with crews working 15 hours/day and 7 days/week to complete per the
Owner’s requirements.
