four-phase, three-year project at the York County Resource Recovery Center in York,
PA. The facility is in continual operation, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, requiring
careful planning and considerations to minimize vibration to the site during extensive
excavation of over 30,000 cubic yards of rock reaching five stories deep.
