USE
a) For instructions

b) For general truths
a. He always says hello if he sees you
SHOULD
It is the verb we use to recommend, suggest, give advice and opinions.
You should go to the doctor (it is a recommendation).
You should say sorry to him (it is a piece of advice).
We also use SHOULD to talk about what we think it is going to happen or it should
happen; and to talk about things we do not like because they are not what we expect.
They should be here at ten o´clock (it is what I think it is going to happen)
They should win this match; they are a much better team (it is not what we expect)
