The past simple question forms are the same for all persons (I, you, he, she, etc) and all verbs:

The past simple negative forms are the same for all persons and all verbs:

PAST CONTINUOUS
It is used to describe a past action at some point between its beginning and its end. The past
continuous is often interrupted by the past simple:
I was having a bath when the phone rang
I was listening to the radio when I had an idea
USED TO+ VERB
It is used to express:
1) Regularly action in the past, that in present doesn´t exist anymore
I used to go to Ireland every summer
2) Action that happened or existed frequently
There used to be a cinema here
3) Something that was true and now it is not true
People didn´t use to live as long as they do now
