Hopefully, you will see some of your responses reflected in the results.
We have taken your opinions on board and identified some key areas such as communication, collaboration and pay that need improvement. We have taken steps on some of these and we will take further steps to address your feedback.
To everyone’s credit, you have said we already have a great culture and we will continue to build on this with some of the aforementioned changes in the pipeline.
Lastly, we are grateful to everyone who participated. We hope you can see some of the impact you have made already. We will follow this up with smaller pulse surveys throughout the year so that we can measure the impact of some
of the changes we make.
