of our colleagues in the workplace. One of the most important aspects of employee satisfaction is well-being and personal growth within the company. Providing suitable performance recognition and company benefits are essential in ensuring colleagues feel valued and motivated to contribute to the success of the organization. By understanding colleagues’ specific
needs, we can strive to create a positive and productive work environment in which they can achieve their professional aspirations.
Areas of opportunity:
There was a drop of 16% in this year’s survey for how colleagues feel their contribution is recognised. Our colleagues are integral to our business, and it is extremely important they feel valued
and recognised for their hard work.
Next steps:
The Group has launched a number of high-profile recognition initiatives, such
as the “Values Awards”, where colleagues are celebrated for their contribution to our success. The Group will continue to look for more ways to celebrate colleagues’ successes in the future.
