Our people are the backbone of
our great company.
Effective collaboration is essential in any workplace. This forms the foundation
of a cooperative and productive work environment. When we work together towards common goals, we can collectively achieve great results. Teamwork encourages creativity, fosters innovation, and ensures that everyone's strengths are utilised to their full potential. By working together
as a group, we can overcome challenges and achieve success that would not be possible individually. It’s why we place such importance on working together.
Areas of opportunity:
Although we scored highly on communication within teams, this year’s survey highlighted that many colleagues think we can improve communication between departments. The survey feedback also shows there is work to be done
on improving how well colleagues are informed on organisational change and news about the company.
Next steps:
Last year we launched the company intranet as our core colleague communication hub; we are currently developing several new initiatives which will be available to all
staff through this channel. This will provide colleagues with new tools and information to help them work more closely and easily across different departments and locations.
