Creating a positive work environment is essential for our success. It is about more than just the physical space or policies in place; it is about the culture, engagement, and our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (ED&I). When colleagues feel valued, respected, and included, they are more productive, engaged, and committed to achieving goals. We want to create
an environment which fosters high job satisfaction for all staff, which is why we prioritise creating and maintaining a positive work environment for all.
Areas of opportunity:
We recognise that the ability to openly challenge how things are done can be a key driver of innovation for the Group, and although this year’s score did improve by 5%, with 59% of people agreeing this can be done, there is a great opportunity to improve on this.
Next steps:
We are working hard to empower colleagues and provide them with clear channels and mechanisms for feedback. We want to ensure that all colleagues have a voice within the Group and foster a culture of open dialogue.
