                                                                    New Benefits!



                                                                    Wiese is excited to announce that all hourly team
                                                                    members are now eligible for employer paid short term
                                                                    disability through Mutual of Omaha!


                                                                    In addition to adding short term disability for hourly
                                                                    team members, Wiese has also increased the employer
                                                                    paid basic life and AD&D benefit from one times your
                                                                    earnings up to $50,000, now to two times your earnings
                                                                    up to a maximum of $200,000.

                                                                    We will now also offer new voluntary plans through Voya.
                                                                    You have the option to enroll in Accident, Critical Illness,
                                                                    and Hospital Indemnity Insurance. Additional information
                                                                    on these plans can be found on pages 8-10 or by visiting
