All About the Adult Day Center

at Williamsburg Landing

The Williamsburg Landing Adult Day Center was built within the Life Plan Community of
Williamsburg Landing to provide a warm, welcoming place for participants to visit and enjoy
the company of friends, the stimulation of activities and the affirmation of living a life with a
purpose. After three years of planning and building, the center opened on April 2, 2018 with
just two participants and has grown to having served 72 in such a short time.
Designed for those 50 and over and open to the local community, the Adult Day program is the
first full-time licensed service of its kind in the area and offers an
uplifting option for family caregivers and their loved ones. It provides:
• A professional and caring staff
• Individualized care plans based on medical, health & social needs
• Health monitoring and medication management, if needed
• Assistance with hygiene and personal care
• Nutritious meals and snacks prepared daily
• Caregiver support and education
• A variety of activities that support social, emotional, physical,
spiritual and intellectual needs
The center offers pre-scheduled full day options at an affordable price of $90. We also
accept Veteran’s Benefits! The goal of the program is to provide participants with meaningful
connection and a sense of belonging and “fun” while giving families a much needed break.
The center offers spaces such as a large gathering room, an art studio, music and activity
rooms, a quiet room, living room and an enclosed outdoor garden that is loved by many
