CONVENTIONAL & SENIOR APARTMENTS

Freedom from responsibilities of home ownership. These communities offer
accommodations and amenities designed specifically for older adults. May
offer subsidies, recreational activities but generally no assistive care.
ACTIVE ADULT
A more compact, low maintenance residence often offering aging in
place features. Access to leisure and recreational activities and generally
no assistive care.

INDEPENDENT LIVING
A variation on the above is generally a more structured environment. Onsite
social and recreational activities and again limited access to assistive care.

The Waterford

The administrative team at The Waterford at
