Varying by community and offering assistance in daily living such as
bathing, dressing and or grooming.
ALZHEIMER'S & MEMORY CARE

Working with the specific needs of dementia and memory care, these can
be housed within levels of care communities or stand alone residences.
NURSING & SKILLED CARE

Offering acute, short and or long term care in a specialized manner such
as what is found in a hospital setting.

Alisha Knight

Alisha Knight is the Community Sales Director at Atria Forest
Lake. Atria is an assisted living and memory care community located within the charming
and historic neighborhoods of Forest Acres.
Alisha is actively involved in the Columbia Walk to End Alzheimer’s, serving for the third
year as the sponsorship chair and this year also serves as walk co-chair. In 2019, she will
serve as the walk chair. Alisha has served as vice president, president and is currently an
honorary board member of the Senior Care Professionals of the Midlands. She is a
member of the Northeast Senior Professionals and for the last three years served on the Jukebox Memories
planning committee.
Outside working and volunteering in the senior industry, Alisha enjoys spending time with her family which
includes her husband of 23 years, her 3 teenage children and her pug, Zoey. Alisha also enjoys going to church
and connect groups, gardening, crafts and taking naps! She also loves college football, NASCAR and is a huge
Carolina Gamecock fan.
