Brian & Betsy Neeley
Brian & Betsy Neeley are the owners of
BrightStar Care of Columbia, the only
homecare agency in Columbia with
registered nurse oversight & ownership. BrightStar Care clients and their
CNAs are overseen by registered nurses who develop an individual plan
of care for each client. Clients have 24/7 access to their registered nurse
which ensures a proactive approach to homecare. From total assistance, Alzheimer’s, personal care errand
running, doctor appointments, light housekeeping and companionship, BrightStar Care clients receive the
highest level of care.
Brian & Betsy Neeley are lifelong residents of Columbia and are the proud parents of a young son and
daughter. Their daughter was born with significant health challenges when Brian’s mother was diagnosed with
stage IV cancer. With both Brian and Betsy working they needed assistance with homecare. They went through
several homecare agencies and were unsatisfied and sought out a better alternative when they discovered
BrightStar Care. BrightStar Care approached homecare differently in providing a truly “Higher Standard of
Care”. They were so impressed that they opened BrightStar Care of Columbia in 2018. Brian and Betsy take
a very personal approach to homecare. “We train our CNAs as if they were caring for our family because we
care for every client as a member of our family”.
