Executive Director, Linda Mena, and Director of Sales and Marketing, Callie Sears, both have
been in the field of resident care for many years. Linda and Callie enjoy meeting the needs
of their Beach House residents and their families. Beach House culture is making lasting
memories together. Linda’s greatest inspiration comes from the smiles of her residents with
satisfaction and contentment living at Beach House. Callie’s greatest inspiration comes from
families who have observed the loved one growing both emotionally and socially at Beach
