Several care levels are provided to meet the varying needs of our residents and each
include medication management.
Supportive Living: Care Level 1
Designed for those residents that need minimal assistance.
Enhanced Living: Care Level 2
Designed for those residents that need a moderate level of assistance.
Comprehensive Care: Care Level 3
Designed for those residents that need a higher level of assistance

Director on staff /Attending physician • Wound Care Management

• Therapy Rehabilitation Services on Staff
• Respiratory Therapy • Social and Recreational Therapeutic
• Orthopedic Rehabilitation Activities
• Rehabilitation/Restorative Nursing • Medicare Part A Provider
