Abstract
                   This  study  aimed  at  constructed  a  suggested  proposal  that  can  help  to  empower
            women’s leadership in Faculty of Science at Tabuk University; through  identifying the

            reality  of  empowering  women’s  leadership  and  the  degree  of  its  availability  of

            requirements in Faculty of Science at Tabuk University.

                 To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey approach was used. A

            questionnaire as a tool for collecting data was designed. Regarding the study sample it was
            comprised  of  whole  population  (11)  women’s  leaders  in  Faculty  of  Science  at  Tabuk

            University.

            The study has reached to a number of findings, includes the following:

                   •  Study sample show moderate level of agreement on the reality of empowering

                       women leadership in Faculty of Science at Tabuk University.

                   •  Study sample show moderate level of agreement on the degree of availability of
                       empowering women’s leadership’s requirements in Faculty of Science at Tabuk

                       University.

                 Accordingly, a suggested proposal to empowerment of women leadership in Faculty

            of Science at Tabuk University was conducted.
