I’m grateful for …





       When confronted with negativity, it’s incredibly difficult to

       distract yourself from it. You will surely have noticed that
       when something negative happens to you, it becomes

       the dominant factor in your thinking. Over and over again,
       you keep mulling about what happened, unable to think

       about something more positive. Gratefulness shifts your
       attention away from the negative aspects of your life to
       those that are more positive. Doing so will help you to put

       things into perspective. It will also enable you to remind

       yourself that your life isn’t that bad.
