Start at the historical center of Osuna. With Ivan, you can visit the Church of Santa Maria de la

Asuncion, dating to the 16th century, and the Pantheon, where the tombs of the Dukes of Osuna
lie. The courtyard and chapel are among the most harmonious displays of Andalusian
                                                                    th
Renaissance architecture. Next, enjoy a visit to the 17 century Monastery of La Encarnacion, a
fine example of baroque construction. You’ll meet with one of the resident nuns and learn more
about monastic life in Osuna. Perhaps purchase some sweets made by local nuns before
continuing 30 min to your next stop in Estepa. Once a haven for bandits who haunted the
mountains and often made outrageous forays into the towns and villages, Estepa is renowned for
the cookies known as Polvorones and Mantecados produced each Christmas and enjoyed across
                                                                                         th
Andalusia. With Ivan, visit Estepa's architectural highlights including the 18 -century Palacio
de los Marqueses de Cerverales, officially declared a National Historic Artistic Monument in
1984. Completed in 1756 by the first Marquis of Cerverales, Manuel Bejarano and Campanon, it
boasts a handsome Baroque façade with spiral Solomon columns. From Estepa, continue 1 hr 45
