Barcelona. The most expensive private
home in Barcelona when it was
completed in 1911, Casa Fuster
features a stunning modernist exterior
typical of the period and a classic interior that blends modernist (art deco) styling with
contemporary touches and colors. With just 96 rooms, the property offers the intimacy of a
boutique hotel with the services of a much larger luxury hotel. In our view, there is no other
five-star property in Barcelona that is as emblematic of the spirit and style of the Catalan capital.
Make sure to enjoy the hotel’s rooftop terrace, which offers one of the finest views of the city,
and the popular jazz bar (Woody Allen played here several years ago while filming a movie in
the city). You will be in close proximity to boutique shopping and fine dining, and the charming
