ANIMAL TESTING STATEMENT

To whom it may concern:

We hereby declare that Gorgeous London Ltd is a highly regarded and conscientious company, operating a

system of cosmetic manufacturing with the utmost regard for health, safety and the environment.

This certificate confirms that all Cosmetic and Hair Products manufactured by Gorgeous London Ltd, are not
tested on animals. In addition Gorgeous London Ltd has never commissioned any animal testing on cosmetic
raw materials.

The seventh amendment to the Cosmetics Directive (Directive 76/768/EEC) (now recast as Regulation 1223/2009)

confirmed the ban on the animal testing of ingredients used in cosmetic products with a cut off date of 11th
March 2009. After this date ingredients used in cosmetic products must not be tested on animals. Only ingredients
that comply with this testing ban are used in our products.

Gorgeous London Ltd is against the suffering endured by animals when ingredients and products are tested. We

support organisations that are developing alternative methods of testing.

Full product ingredients are listed on all packaging.
