IV. BUDGET (FINANCIAL SUFFICIENCY AND VIABILITY)

                       The  BSHRM/BSHM  has a  total  fund  of  one  million  four  hundred  twenty  seven
               thousand nine hundred ninety nine budget for the repair and improvement of the different

               laboratories and purchased of laboratory equipment, tools and utensils as well as other

               materials needed in the college from S.Y. 2018-2021. The source of fund are Student
               Trust Fund and Fiduciary.


                       The amount of five hundred sixty five thousand five hundred twenty nine from the
               total fund is from the STF and were used in the Replacement and Roofing of CBM building

               and Repair & Improvement of HRM Laboratories while the amount eight hundred sixty
               two thousand four hundred seventy of the total fund is also from the STF used in the

               purchased  of  different  laboratories  and  purchased  of  laboratory  equipment,  tools  and

               utensils for the modernization of the laboratories. The fund for research and extension is
               not included on the fund of the college as it has other sources from the MOOE.


                       There  is  a  proposed  IFSU  Hostel  amounting  to  Twenty  Eight  Million  and  one
               source of fund amounting to ten million is from Senator Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Anggara

               but it was deferred due to the pandemic.


                       Attached  are  the  approved  Purchased  Request  and  the  Status  of  Budget
               Utilizations and Balances of the Special Trust Fund.
