The BSHRM/BSHM Laboratory
The BSHRM/BSHM Laboratories are the venue where theories learned by the
BSHRM/BSHM and other students is applied, it is equipped with equipment, tools,
utensils and other materials needed in the practical hands on and return demonstration
activities by the students.
The BSHRM/BSHM has different laboratories in each major subject namely Front
Desk for Front Office subject, IFSU Hostel for Housekeeping Operations subject, this is
also used as IGP of the college as it accommodate guests with a fee, Hot and Cold
Kitchen for subjects with cooking & experimental activities, this is also utilize during
special occasions of the University, Bar Room for Bartending and Bar Management
subject, IFSU Restobar for Food and Beverage Service subject, Mock Room for
Principles of Tour Guiding subject, Asian and Western Cuisine laboratory for Asian and
Western Cuisine subject, Baking laboratory for Bread and Pastry Production subject and
Function Hall for special events.
The BSHRM/BSHM Laboratories also is used by the BSEntrep, Seafarer Rating
Course and BTLE students in their cooking and Baking subject as well as the Graduate
school students enrolled in Master of teaching major in TLE.
The Laboratories is maintained by the Laboratory Technician

The picture is showing the front of the IFSU Hostel. The hostel is use for
Housekeeping and Front Office activities, this is also use to accommodate guest.
The hostel has 3 rooms (Room A-Deluxe Room it has its own comfort room,
Room B-Standard Room and Room C –the Economy Room) the total person to
occupy is maximum of 12.
