A 7 Day Faculty Development Programme
on the topic “Capacity Building and skill
enhancement in Higher Education” was
organized with an aim to apprise the teaching
faculty of the challenges in the field of
higher education due to fast changing global
scenario. In this programme, experts from
diverse fields shared their concerns and
deliberated on various aspects of pedagogy,
research, professional ethics, leadership and
motivation.
