IFS Student Investor Competition provides the opportunity to experience the dynamic world of share trading and be in with a chance to win a trip to New York. Each team has £100,000 of virtual money to invest in the stock market and the competition is the most realistic share trading competition available.

‘Hotspot’ is Headington’s cultural review magazine. The Hotspot Team begins work in September with a view to submitting the finished magazine to the Shine Media awards, the national journalism competition for schools, in April. Previously the magazine has won Best Student Publication and Best Design and Layout in the UK.

An informal club run by our sixth form German students. Always fun and lively, and often accompanied by German food, pupils play games, watch videos and sing songs. Examples of games include German Twister, ‘live’ German ‘operation’ and Karaoke with dance. Total Super!
