Rubbish Runners is for anyone who doesn’t like running, is ‘rubbish at it’ or is just getting back into it but knows its good
for them and needs some motivation and some cheery fellow runners to run with.

Year Group U3-L4 | Term Autumn, Spring Cost FREE
Indoor cycling classes held in the Spinning Studio. Girls get to exercise on the
bikes to music to create an energized atmosphere led by a teacher.
step & tone
Year Group L6-U6 | Term All Year Cost FREE
Step & Tone is an aerobics, step and free weights class carried out to current and popular music. It is aimed at improving fitness and increasing muscle tone and definition. Lower Sixth, Upper Sixth
and staff are welcome to attend.
swimminG
Year Group U3-U6 | Term All Year Cost FREE
Swimming Club is available to all. We encourage non-swimmers/beginners to come and learn to swim and also those who would like to further develop their technique and fitness. We also have a team swimming coach available for those who would like
to represent the School at competitions.

Strength & Conditioning seeks to maintain mobility while increasing strength, stability and motor function in youth performance athletes. The primary focus of these sessions
is to develop resilience to sports-related injuries, improve the cardiovascular risk profile, improve psycho social well-being and promote good exercise habits in aspiring youth performance athletes.
