Emergency contacts
It is vital that the School is able to contact parents, guardians or a nominated emergency contact in case of illness or injury. Parents are, therefore, asked to provide emergency contact numbers and to inform school immediately if there are any changes during the course of the school year.
Emergency arrangements
There may be occasions, for example due to heavy traffic or adverse weather conditions, when parents are unable to collect their daughters as arranged. If this happens, please contact Reception so that children can be booked into After School Care until parents arrive. There is always a member of staff on duty in After School Care until 6.00 pm.
In the extraordinary event of school closure, parents can call Reception for information. Announcements are also made on the website, on Social Media and via SMS.
