Today I I have performed dhamma sermons for for for an appropriate amount of time therefore I I wish to to stop here here May all practitioners and and everyone else progress in in dhamma dhamma Blessings We have have diligently practiced dhamma dhamma and and and then we we have have filled filled ourselves with the the power of merits causing our our our mind to to be be fulfilled and and comfortable Now let us us be be be prepared to to share share our our loving-kindness loving-kindness As I have always said every time before we we we we share share loving-kindness loving-kindness we we we we should think of the merits merits that we we we we we have undertaken like when we we we we we filled ourselves with happiness and the the the the the the power of of merits merits just now Think of of the the the the the the positive feelings—they are are indeed the the the the the the the mind mind that is is meritorious they they are are the the the the the the the power of merits Humbly take them them into our our mind mind until until until it it it is is is full—until the the the the the whole body body is is is full full until until until they overflow from our our our body body let let them them spread out When we we we we sense that our our our mind is is replete with the the the the the the power power of merits merits then we we we we should mentally resolve to to to to ourselves: Let the the the the power power of these merits merits transform into into into mental mental devotion into into into strength into into into conditions for for us to to to to to become persons with with with mindfulness concentration wisdom with with with insights and with with with the immediate access into dhamma Then we should broaden this meritorious mind—expand it it it it even further without any any boundaries any any extent—make it it it it as
