to to be be serene but thoughts thoughts always arise first so we we feel that we we are are not not able to to practice dhamma because there are are are thoughts thoughts constantly interrupting Therefore the the the mind mind cannot be be be serene In fact they are are natural natural conditions conditions that remain in in in in in in in our mind mind from before we started meditating—whether these natural natural conditions conditions are experienced via our eyes ears nose tongue physical body mind As we start to to to meditate these natural conditions will emerge for practitioners to to to to to observe to to to to review They are are not something that that we need need to to to to worry about but they are are are natural conditions that that need need to to to to be be managed by our our mindfulness and and for us us to to to contemplate and and be be promptly aware that that this this is is is is how our our mind mind mind is is is is at at at at at at at present Our mind mind mind clings onto various natural conditions jumping from this this matter matter to to to that that matter matter endlessly This causes our our lives to to suffer because we are tired both physically and and and mentally We expend a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a lot lot of of our our our mental mental energy and and and a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a lot lot of of our our mind mind with various natural conditions Therefore as we sit and and and and meditate when thoughts thoughts emerge—be mindful and and then contemplate the the thoughts thoughts that that emerge emerge There is no no need to to worry that that we will not be be serene Make our our mind comfortable be be contented to to to experience the present natural conditions There is no need to to force ourselves 48
