Therefore dhamma practice here here is is is the the important thing By studying and contemplating our our our physical body our our mind constantly—this is is is a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a way for us to learn about the the the the Ultimate Truth that the the the the the the Buddha taught regarding the the the the the the physical physical and and the the the the the the the mental phenomena the the the the the the the body body and and the the the the the the the mind That this physical physical body body is is is is is is governed by the the the the the Law of the the the the the Trilaksana—it emerges exists ceases—this cannot be controlled This is is is is is called: “Anicca (impermanence) dukkha (suffering) anatta (non-self)” that we we hear about constantly If we we have the opportunity to study and contemplate
