The Understanding of Minor Bodily Movements

Minor bodily movements are all the movements that are not major bodily movements. In addition to walking, standing, sitting, and lying down—what other bodily movements are there? Pick up (something), touch, move, eat, drink, do, speak, think, stretch, bend, lift, turn left, turn right, blink, open mouth—these are called the phenomena of the minor bodily movements. In reality, minor bodily movements are small movements of our bodies—even blinking, opening our mouth. When do we open our mouth? When we speak, this happens a lot. Observe that every time we move our mouth, does the mind command it  rst? The initial mind (tonjit) and minor bodily movements rely on each other—then, we will be able to contemplate well.
When contemplating minor bodily movements, the things to experience are the state of mind, the initial mind, and minor bodily movements. What is the state of mind? The state of mind is simply our mind. We are sitting here—how is our state of mind? (A practitioner answers: Uncluttered). Here, we must experience.
