                                                                 •   Ensure  that  the  purpose  of  the  borrowing  is
                                                                    permissible under the Bank’s lending policy and in
                                                                    line with the CBG credit guidelines.
         3.    Approving Authorities        Approve              •   Review credit proposal for accuracy and
