Guaranty Trust Bank (Gambia) Limited’s Financial Statements complies with the applicable legal
requirements of the Central Bank of The Gambia, the Companies Act 2013 and The Banking Act 2009
regarding Annual Financial Statements and comprises of the Financial Statements of the Bank for the year

ended 31 December 2020. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International
Financial Reporting Standards issued by the International Accounting Standards Board. Due to rounding,
numbers presented throughout this document may not add up precisely to the totals provided and
percentages may not precisely reflect the absolute figures.
