WILDCAT CORNER/COMMUNITY ROOM – 688 West Happy Canyon Road
Located in the lower level of the Castle Pines Homes Association office, Wildcat Corner is a mini-museum containing a culmination of displays focusing on the
first 100 years of history in the area. It presents the story of western expansion in these parts and helps foster a greater appreciation for those who preceded us. It also is a celebration of the wildlife in the area. It is also a community meeting space, available by reservation only. Call (303) 814-1345 to make a reservation.
PLAYGROUNDS & PLAYING FIELDS –
Spend time at one of the three beautiful pocket parks that are nestled throughout
the community. When it is time for some good old-fashioned competition, our neighbors head over to the large playing fields. These large fields are the perfect place for people to meet for a game of kickball, soccer or flag football. Families can also reserve a field for their child’s organized sports team. See enclosed map on page 160 for park locations.
TRAILS AND OPEN SPACES –
With more than 13 miles of trails to run, walk, hike through with spectacular panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains, getting outdoors is easy in our community with trails right outside your front door. In addition to normal pedestrian traffic, bicycles are permitted on the Village trails. Horses and motorized vehicles or scooters are not permitted on any of the trails.
