The Board of Directors meets the 4th Thursday of the month at 8 am at the Castle Pines Homes Association office.
Committees
There are 10 Board-appointed committees comprised of resident volunteers and the CPHA staff. These committees play a vital role in community life and are a great way to meet fellow residents and enhance the community at the same time. There are many opportunities for homeowners to get involved and have an impact on policy and procedures.
Committees meet monthly at a scheduled date and time, and all committee meetings are held at the CPHA office. Check the online committee meeting calendar for potential schedule changes at www.thevillagecastlepines.com.
1. Design Review: The Design Review Committee is a five-member committee responsible for the review and approval of all proposed improvements within the Village. Meetings are open to all homeowners and are held on the third Wednesday of the month at 8 am. The agenda is posted on the Village website prior to meetings, and resident participation and comments are welcome. For more information, email DRC@thevillagecastlepines.com.
2. Emergency Services: The Emergency Services Committee helps to create a long-term vision for the community’s safety and emergency services, and provides
oversight and feedback on the emergency services department operations and budget performance.
New committee members are appointed by the CPHA Board based upon the recommendations of existing committee members. The committee meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 8 am.
3. Enforcement: The Enforcement Committee conducts monthly
hearings to determine whether alleged violations of the covenants in Castle Pines Declaration and/or Association Rules and Regulations have occurred and, if so, impose sanctions including fines or other penalties on those in violation. The committee meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 3 pm.
