10. Communications (internal): The Communications Committee’s mission is
to use improved communications to create a greater sense of community for residents by developing an on-going communication strategy for the creation and distribution of a variety of information vehicles designed specifically for the Village residents, including the newsletter, website and emails:
• the Village Reporter – Bi-monthly printed newsletter mailed to residents.
• The Village at Castle Pines website (www.
thevillagecastlepines.com) – Features a variety
of information about the community and
access to commonly-requested documents.
There is also a “residents only” section to
reserve a tennis/pickleball court, search the
calendar for upcoming events and meetings,
and view archived documents and other
community-only information. You can also access a digital version of this directory (with homeowner information redacted) from the website.
• Village Weekly – An email newsletter sent out every Friday.

VILLAGE AMBASSADORS –
New to the Village? The Castle Pines Homes Association (CPHA) Ambassadors host quarterly welcome events. Members in the group – several who have lived in the community for more than 30 years – meet with you to answer any questions you may have and to get you better acquainted with your new community.
New residents receive a wonderful gift bag containing maps of the Village and surrounding areas, information on the CPHA, the Castle Pines Metropolitan District, clubs and events, as well as gifts from area merchants.
