All guests must enter through a staffed gate and present a valid driver’s license upon entry. To enter through a gate that is unstaffed, guests must have an access code.
Log into dwellingLIVE or call CPES Dispatch at (303) 688-6447 to give clearance to any guests or service personnel prior to their arrival. Calling in advance allows them prompt access to your home. Access may be denied if you fail to contact us and we are unable to contact you upon their arrival.
Staffed Gate Hours –
Only residents and guests with an access code can enter through a non-staffed gate. After hours access through these gates will be by transponder or access code only.
• Gate 1: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Gate 2: 6:30 am – 10:00 pm Monday – Saturday; 10 am – 6 pm Sunday
• Gate 3: 6:30 am – 10:00 pm Monday – Saturday; 10 am – 6 pm Sunday • Gate 4: 6:30 am – 10:00 pm daily
• Gate 5: 6:30 am – 10:00 pm daily
Gate Clearance Options –
Clear guests in advance to avoid long lines and delays at the gates for both guests and visitors. CPES recommends clearing your visitors through dwellingLIVE at least 30 minutes in advance of their arrival or as soon as you know when they are coming, even several days in advance. Please make sure your guests know your full name and address – this will enable the Gate Officer to quickly identify and locate your guest clearance permissions and get your guests through the gate faster.
• Clearance for a one-time visit per guest – Access code can be obtained on the dwellingLIVE website or by calling CPES Dispatch. Access codes are required for entrance through a non-staffed gate or after hours.
• Clearance for a “temporary” guest to enter the gates throughout the day –
Access codes can be obtained on the dwellingLIVE website or by calling dispatch.
• Clearance for an event/party for multiple guests – Access codes can only be
obtained by calling the CPES office at (303) 688-6447.
• Clearance for a service provider or contractor for the duration of service only – Access codes can only be obtained by calling the CPES office at (303) 688-6447.
• Permanent clearance for family and friends – Can be done through the dwellingLIVE website or by calling dispatch – they must arrive through a staffed gate.
• Access control sales – Transponders, pool access cards and Village Lake Fitness Center access cards can be purchased during normal business hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday or the first Saturday of the month from 9 am to 1 pm by calling (303) 688-6446.
Guest and Contractor Parking –
The Village at was envisioned as a mountain community with winding “country” roads surrounded by natural landscape and wooded forests. Parking alongside
the roadway is a danger to other vehicles, a hazard for snowplows, and can prevent emergency service vehicles from reaching your home. CPHA covenants prohibit all roadside parking within the Village.
