Established in 1981, the Castle Pines Homes Association (CPHA) is a covenant- controlled, gated community operating as a nonprofit membership corporation.
The CPHA manages the appearance, condition and use of the land, buildings and other improvements within the Village; provides cultural, recreational and social programs and facilities to meet the desires of residents; and maintains community services, including trash removal, public safety, security and emergency response.
