Charlotte is the COVID-19 Operational Delivery Manager & Vaccination Lead for West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust. She has been at the
‘coalface’ of the pandemic providing an outstanding local service and demonstrating exemplary leadership right from the start.
From handling the COVID-19 Wave 1 right through to ‘Storm Eunice’ her team has always been able to rely on her. Charlotte is a true example of compassion and dynamic leadership in action - advocating for her team members and delivering an integral service to keep South West Herts going.’
