Ingredients
2 Cups Rotisserie Chicken, Shredded 1 Cup Salsa Verde
6 Corn or Flour Tortillas
Toppings
Cheddar Cheese, Shredded Pico De Gallo
Cilantro Leaves

Salsa Verde Tacos
Makes 6 Tacos
1 Preheat oven to 400°F (If your chicken is still warm skip heating the chicken in the oven).
2 Place the chicken in an oven-proof baking dish.
3 Top the chicken with salsa verde and bake for 5-7 minutes or just until chicken
is warmed through.
4 Serve the chicken on the tortillas. Top with desired amount of cheddar cheese, pico de gallo & cliantro leaves.
This is one of my all time favorite dinners and it literally takes 2 minutes to make if your rotisserie chicken is hot. Check out the video above for more great tips!
