   Crockpot Orange Chicken
Makes 6 Servings
Ingredients
2 Pounds Chicken Breasts, Boneless, Skinless 3/4 Cup Orange Marmalade
3/4 Cup Hoisin Sauce
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
6 Cups Brown Rice, Cooked
Directions
Toppings
Cilantro, Torn Sesame Seeds
1 Place the chicken breast in a crockpot and set on high for 4 hours.
2 When the chicken is done, remove from the crockpot. Shred the chicken with two forks. Remove any liquid from the crockpot and return the chicken to stay warm.
3 Add the orange marmalade, hoisin sauce and sesame oil to the chicken and mix to combine.
4 Cook your rice to the package directions.
5 Serve the chicken on top of the rice and top with cilantro and sesame seeds.

Whenever I cook in the crockpot I cook the meat  rst, remove all the liquid and fat that comes out and then add the sauces or  avorings. It makes for a much more  avorful dish.
