2/3 Cup Water
2/3 Cup Oil
1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Base: GF Brownie Mix
Mix Ins: Chocolate Chips & Peppermint
Extract
Toppings: Peppermint Ice Cream
1 Preheat the oven to 325 F.
2 Add brownie mix, egg, water, oil and chocolate chips to a medium sized mixing
bowl and mix to combine.
3 Spray a 9x10 baking dish with cooking spray and ll the pan with brownie mixture.
4 Bake for 40-45 minutes. Top with ice cream while still warm. Serve immediately.
Brownies are one of my favorite treats! Find a brand you really enjoy and top it with your favorite toppings! A trick with brownies is to cut them with a plastic knife. The brownies will cut perfectly and not stick to the knife.
