               This question requires you to select the picture that represents your answer choice.
               Focus on the subject, the position for administering an enema. To administer an
               enema, the nurse assists the client into the left side-lying (Sims’) position with the
               right knee flexed. This position allows the enema solution to flow downward by
               gravity along the natural curve of the sigmoid colon and rectum, improving the
               retention of solution. Option 1 is a prone position. Option 3 is a dorsal recumbent
               position. Option 4 is a supine position.
