People first come to case analysis with a

certain degree of trepidation. After all they

have probably never faced this type of testing

before. It is this fear that the ice breaker case

attempts to overcome by showing through the

paragraph, what is occurring (or not occurring)
and how an analysis or solution may be

constructed.
