Communication is a key to the success of Isozaki’s

                       strategy. In the past the company focused on

                       shareholders return. Today, Isozaki acknowledges the

                       importance of the shareholder. However, by

                       restructuring the company as a holding company a new

                       perspective emerged for him which allows him to view

                       the distribution of resources, in a more long-term

                       frame of reference. Moreover, it allows him to
                       restructure the company further by redirecting


                       resources to support other stakeholder (supply chains,
                       staff, R&D, society initiatives etc.) elements which will in

                       return hopefully, increase perception, performance and

                       overall profitability.
