BofA has shown that it is mastering the art of improving its
reputation – public relations and becoming a truly customer
focused company by follow government regulations whilst
developing relationships with customers, businesses and
financial institutions.
Through the pursuit of mobile banking, BofA looks to enter
these rapidly developing growth markets while putting the
emphasis on developing focused customer service. These in
turn may imply that from 2018 banking will be established
as the platform which will be the key to BofA’s future.
